Hours

haiz.. so misses his voice... haiz.... =/ ..those days that could talk with him over the phone before bed.. so nice..
to ppl, perhaps if u do that every night, u might not cherish it, or starts to take it for granted. but imagine if u have to stop one day,... you'll be greatly miss of what u used to do.. and.. how u wish u could do it everyday. thats why... don take anything for granted...

mm.. u know im thinking.... if for japan and hongkong. .when they open a new store... wouldnt htey need someone who could really speak chinese? thogh.. .hk now ppl can speak english quite alright.. however.....

is it true? they say by righ tmanagers not supposed to claim any extra hours. even in australia? thats so hard to believe. i .. i dunno.. i wonder if my reg manager is speaking the truth.. =/ ..but anwyay, he say compared to other stores, we are lucky enough. .cos otehr stores didnt allow managers claim hours. i was like. ..why compared?? its this company we workiing for . .we are talking about our only company. why pull other companies down as well? no need compared ar. so xin ku right.
but o well.... i still believe that. if staffs are treated fair and well enough, we will return them back the kindness too.
